About the Opportunity

Experience Co. is hiring fantastic professionals to work within our super cool Social Media team. As part of the Social team, your role primarily would be in managing, ideating & executing creative campaigns for the residencies, festivals and experiences in the company.

Type: Hybrid (Remote + Location)

Location: Bangalore

Compensation: TBD depending on your interview

Joining Date: Immediate, Next 30 days

Normal Work Timings: Mon-Sat, 10am - 6pm

This is for you if:

• You need to be efficient, extremely organised, and great at taking notes to shine in this role.
• You’ve worked in the events or social marketing fields in the past, it’ll be a huge plus
• The internship can convert into a full-time role after 3 months, basis your performance

Your day-to-day at Experience Co. would look like this:

1. Communicating with upper management to develop strategic social media marketing goals
2. Coming up with new ideas to promote our editions and tell the world about the amazing things we do at Ex Co.
3. Assisting our performance marketing to create campaigns
4. Creating off-beat campaigns for our projects and integrating resident preferences
5. Brainstorming new ideas and ways to 📣 our story
