About the Opportunity

Experience Co. is hiring mavericks who love working at the intersection of Marketing and Communications with the Creative and Business Teams. Your role will primarily entail building long-term relationships with the Target Audience - both online and offline - through the website, web app, newsletter, guidebooks, community engagement activities, and ads.

If you have experience in creating social & ad strategies, prolific language skills to attend consultative sales calls and building frameworks across communication mediums, this is for you.

Type: Hybrid (Remote + Location)

Location: Remote

Compensation: Industry Standard

Joining Date: Immediate, Next 30 days

Normal Work Timings: Mon-Sat, 10am - 6pm

Your day-to-day at Experience Co. would look like this:

  1. Communicating with upper management to develop strategic business goals
  2. Consistently working end-to-end on business processes, optimizing funnel strategies, creating action plans and testing ways to do things better
  3. Helping creators understand the impact we create through consultative calls and solving their queries.
  4. Managing processes to ensure the residents attending the edition can easily interact with the team
