About the Opportunity

As a Learning and Development Manager at The Experience Co., you'll be a crucial driving force behind our awesome learning and development initiatives. You'll own the responsibility of co-creating, implementing and capturing learning across our IPs and making them a part of the residencies. You will also be co-facilitating kick-ass training and learning sessions that boost the skills and knowledge of our team, helping them rock their roles and contribute to our overall success. You'll collaborate with a bunch of cool people, like executives, managers, and subject matter experts, to identify learning needs and whip up targeted learning solutions that align with our strategic objectives.

Type: Full-time

Location: Bangalore

Compensation: Industry Standard + Incentives

Joining Date: Immediate, next 30 days

Normal Work Timings: Mon-Sat, 10am - 6pm

  1. You have 2-3 years of min experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  2. You have proven experience in designing and delivering kick-ass training programs and learning solutions.
  3. You have a strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and methods to evaluate training effectiveness.
  4. You have a familiarity with decoding and analyzing data, pulling out trends and effectively implement them in learning programs.
  5. You have stellar facilitation and presentation skills that can captivate and inspire learners.
  6. You have superpowers in project management, allowing you to juggle multiple initiatives like a boss.
  7. You have stellar communication and interpersonal skills to rock collaborations with peeps at all levels.
