• Data Administration: Take charge of our data! You'll deep-dive into raw data, pull out trends, track progress, and provide kick-ass reports.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Jam with teams across all levels to figure out training priorities and align learning initiatives with our wicked business goals. Don't forget to grab feedback for constant improvement.
• Performance Evaluation: Cook up ways to evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs. You'll provide recommendations to make them even more rockin'.
• Learning Culture Promotion: Foster a culture of non-stop learning by spreading the word about the value of professional development, sharing best practices, and spotting opportunities for growth.
• Industry Research: Stay in the know about the latest trends and best practices in learning and development. We want you to bring fresh, mind-blowing approaches to our training programs.
