Your Role:
- Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis management plans to handle
- Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, control costs, and forecast operational needs and emergencies effectively.
- Vendor and Partner Relations: Manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the highest standards of service.
- Strategic Planning and Leadership: Collaborate with the team to set operational milestones. Lead various departments, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization: Streamline operations, implement quality control, and ensure top-notch service in every aspect of the business.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Develop risk management strategies to mitigate operational disruptions.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage technology to improve efficiency. Ensure data security and system integrity.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs, monitor operational performance, and continuously seek improvement.
This is for you if:
- You have 5+ years of experience in operational leadership, preferably in the travel industry with an added geographical knowledge of European, Asian & African continents.
- You're well-traveled, with a broad perspective and understanding of different cultures.
- You’ve managed group trips in the past, and understand the small group tours as an industry vertical.
