Experience Co. is hiring fantastic growth professionals to work within our super cool Business team. As part of the team, your role primarily would be in managing, ideating, optimizing & executing business operations processes. If you love using numbers to make decisions, build processes and help scale a cool brand, this is for you.

Location: Remote

Compensation: Industry Standard

Joining Date: Immediate, Next 30 days

Normal Work Timings: Mon-Sat, 10am - 6pm

This is for you if:

• You are efficient, extremely organised, and great at taking notes to shine in this role.
• You’ve worked in events or production fields in the past, it’ll be a huge plus
• If you are looking for an opportunity for a full-time role after 3 months

Your day-to-day at Experience Co. would look like this:

1. Communicating with upper management to develop strategic business goals
2. Consistently working end-to-end on business processes, optimizing funnel strategies, creating action plans and testing ways to do things better
3. Helping creators understand the impact we create through consultative calls and solving their queries.
4. Managing processes to ensure the residents attending the edition can easily interact with the team
5. Coordinating with the Ops team to help them create a smooth experience at the editions
